Additional Information

In case of cancellation, if notified at least 48 hours in advance, the appointment may be rescheduled within the same month. For tours, the deposit is non refundable. However, in the event of force majeure, if the appointment cannot take place, it may be rescheduled for the same trip or a future one.

For FMTY within Spain, a minimum duration of 4 hours applies. You will be responsible for travel and any related expenses under special conditions.

Within Europe, FMTY requires a minimum of 12 hours, while in other destinations the duration will depend on distance under special conditions.
